Wylam • BA Stout

A Mexican oatmeal stout aged in Tequila barrels, with natural additions of smoked chipotle chillies, raw cocoa nibs, Spanish cinnamon and fresh lime zest. Soft bodied and balanced with subtle complexities revealing smoke, heat, leather, tobacco, dark chocolate and a fresh zing of acidic lime.

Slaughterhouse • New England Pale

Encapsulated within the soft cloudy haze whirls the magic of the New England necromancer! Huge hop sacrifices were made to conjure this intense tropical pineapple, passion fruit flavours. Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and El Dorado summons mass hysteria. An unholy amount of oats, chit and wheat malt mix in a ritual mash gives a refreshingly smooth and easy to drink elixir.
